- Color: High intensity of ruby dark color, bright and crystalline. Ribete with flashes of cardinals. Abundant and dense tear.
- Nose: High intensity with menthol memories, and minerals. Milk notes of yogurt and roasted background with soups of low mountain and undergrowth. Its passage through barrel gives it spicy notes (nutmeg, clove and tobacco) with light toasted notes.
- Mouth: Also in this phase it evokes creaminess and softness in its beginning, with development of spherical form of a great volume, without edges. The acidity with the alcoholic degree is very close together. Long finish and creamy aftertaste. Very fresh.
Elaboration and Aging:
Made with 50% Tempranillo , 20% Cabernet Sauvignon , 20% Merlot Y 10% Syrah . Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Maceration 17 days. Aging is 15 months in American and French oak barrels.
Finca Antigua Crianza and Reserva are farm wines because they mix grapes of different plots and varieties and in the labels of the Crianza we can now find the surname 'Único' since it is a unique selection of each year that our technical team, Headed by Lauren Rosillo, chooses the best deposits.
Finca Antigua is a place that does not leave anyone indifferent. In the middle of Don Quixote route, it offers visitors the possibility of getting lost, enjoying nature and silence in a magical natural environment that has little to do with the preconceived large stretches of La Mancha vineyard.
