TASTING NOTES
Aromas of red fruits accompanied by elegant floral notes on a subtle mineral background. Fine and silky tannins that lead to a long and seductive finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 85% Mencía, 15% (Godello, Doña Blanca, Alicante Bouchet, Palomino).
Grapes from plots located in Valtuille de Abajo.
Vinification by plots for subsequent blend.
Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
Aged for 1 year in French oak barrels.
