Tasting Notes:
- Color red cherry cherry, very covered.
- Intense and complex aroma, rich in smoky and spicy nuances, on a background of ripe red fruits.
- Of balanced tanica structure, in the mouth it is dense, fleshy and with an extraordinarily long finish, in which appear toasted notes.
Elaboration and Aging:
Made with 70% Tempranillo grapes, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon de Vinedos located at an altitude of between 550 and 600 meters above sea level. The musts were fermented separately at 26 ° C in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remained in French oak barrels for Cabernet Sauvignon and American for Tempranillo for 9 months, and they were fined up in stainless steel tank until bottled.
Curiosities: Enate, founded in 1991, is one of the Somontano's reference wineries. It has two basic pillars, the quality of its wines and the link with art on all its labels.
