CATA'S NOTES
- Color: It exhibits a ruby red color with garnet and tile nuances typical of its time in the barrel.
- Nose: Its aroma of wild fruits such as currant and blueberry intertwine with notes of great minerality such as black stones or graphite. It also reminds us of white flowers such as violets, all well accompanied by fine notes of toast, smoke and vanilla acquired during aging.
- Mouth: On the palate it is fine, soft, velvety, with a pleasant juicy and cheerful tannin that gives it life.

CURIOSITIES
Bodegas Enrique Mendoza was born as a company in 1989. Enrique Mendoza's concern led him to buy, collect and invest in wine from other wineries as an aficionado. Later, he decided to plant 2,000 plants to continue the Marina Baixa tradition of producing wine for family consumption. Those plantations, 25 years later, have been transformed into two wineries.
