ELABORATION
Direct pressing and natural settling. It ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Clarified and gently filtered before bottling. Without stabilizing by cold to respect the identity of the wine as much as possible, for this reason some precipitates may appear that do not affect its taste in any way.
CURIOSITIES
Beatriz Herranz meets Verdejo again while she was immersed in a project to recover old Garnacha vines in Cebreros, making a wine called La Fábula. With this project finished, she returns to La Seca (Valladolid), to the family vineyards, specifically, to the vines of her grandfather's stumps, to begin this adventure with a small winery, dedicating herself body and soul to Verdejo. Barco del Corneta is the result of her personal and professional experience after years associated with to the world of vineyards and wine.
