TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
- Nose: Predominance of herbaceous notes accompanied by hints of white fruit and flowers, clear notes of almonds.
- Palate: Acid attack that makes it super fresh, notes of raw almond, finish with citrus touches.
ELABORATION
Selection of Superior Quality "yolk" musts, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (native yeasts Saccharomyces Cerevisiae and other subspecies).
AGEING
New wine from the jar. It is not aged in boots. Roll and rest in jars or cones for approximately 8 months.
