CATA'S NOTES

• Color: Pale yellow with green reflections. Depending on the vintage it tends to become golden.

• Nose: Delicate aroma of white flowers and tender fruits.

• Mouth: Slightly sweet taste reminiscent of the grapes from which it comes and easy to drink. Good acidity, harmonious and pleasant finish.

ELABORATION

• Maceration without fermentation: Stainless steel 400,000 liters.

• Alcoholic fermentation: native yeasts and selected by the winery.

• Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17º C.

• Time: 10 days.

• Type of must: yolk must.

In a small paradise in the south of Spain, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the Barbadillo family bottled the first manzanilla in 1821.
