The Marques de Riscal Sauvignon follows the same elaboration process as the Rueda Verdejo. After a period of cold maceration and after the extraction and clarification of the must, the slow fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC, to protect the primary aromas so peculiar to this variety.
