TASTING:

Violet color with acid cherry tones. Clean and bright

Aromatically it is covered with powerful aromas of forest fruits, aromatic herbs and wild flowers, as well as balsamic and spicy nuances.

In the mouth it is tasty, with good volume and also correct acidity.

PREPARATION AND AGEING:

Fermentation: The plots ferment separately, 80% in 5,000-liter steel tanks and 20% in 7,000-liter wooden tanks.

Breeding: Between 6-9 months.

Barrel type: Steel and wooden tanks, the same ones in which they ferment.
