Silice Rosado is a rosé wine made from the Mencía, Merenzao and Palomino grape varieties. It has a unique colour due to its short maceration time, as the grape skins are removed before the wine acquires a more intense and concentrated colour. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts, partly in new barrels and also in stainless steel tanks.

CURIOSITIES: Sílice Viticultores, is a winery created in 2013 by young entrepreneurs who seek to find their origins in the creation of their wines. Their philosophy is to recover the vineyards of their ancestors and give them new life, making wines with the minimum possible intervention. Located in Sober (Lugo), in the heart of Ribeira Sacra, a beautiful area, candidate for World Heritage 2021 and exponent of heroic viticulture, this winery is giving much to talk about beyond our borders, for the high quality and originality of its wines that demonstrate their "sacred" character, despite being outside the Designation of Origin.
