Martin Codax Orange Wine Albariño 2021

Martín Códax Orange Wine is an Albariño with the soul of a red wine made following the most primitive and ancestral manual practices, originating from the Caucasus regions more than 6000 years ago. Fermentation takes place with its skins, with which it remains macerating for 6 months. This favours the desired evolution of the wine's colour and aromatic characteristics.



TASTING NOTES:

Sight: Amber colour with iodine reflections.

Nose: Medium intensity with notes of ripe fruit, such as candied orange and orange marmalade and hints of vegetables and crushed flowers, such as rose.

Palate: In the mouth it is full-bodied, structured and tannic.


DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Without Designation.


WINEMAKING: Made with 100% Albariño grape variety.


AGEING: Aged for 6 months in contact with the skins.
