Production and Aging:
Strict control in the vineyard with manual harvest in 15kg plastic boxes. Immediate transport in an isothermal van, the grapes are subjected to temperature control by placing them in a cold room at 7ºC for 12 hours.
Selection on vibrating table. Pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Must separation. Static settling. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Rest in deposit in 9 months.

Casal de Arman Winery is a project that was born at the end of the 90s, but which belongs to the fourth generation of a family group that has produced wines in the Ribeiro since the end of the 19th century. Illusion, work and passion for the world of wine are the pillars on which the Casal de Armán project is based. The need for appropriate facilities to carry out this adventure led to the restoration of an old 18th century manor house that was in ruins. The González Vázquez family bought the property and, after eight years of hard work, today it houses a rural hotel, a Galician restaurant and its winery with splendor. The building that houses the winery is located in an annex to the old manor house. Built following the Galician architectural tradition, the winery's facilities simply combine stone and hardwood with the most modern technology in winemaking machinery: stainless steel tanks, pneumatic presses, selection table, peristaltic transfer pump, equipment of control of temperature.
