Tasting notes:

View: clean and bright straw yellow, with good bubble.
Nose: very fruity aromas where the apple predominates together with the ripe pear or the melon that blend harmoniously with the floral notes.
Palate: tasty and very refreshing wine, with a persistent finish and a good balance between sweetness and acidity.

Elaboration and aging:

The grapes are harvested, selected and de-stemmed. The must is extracted by pressing and fermented only partially in isobaric tanks where its bubbles are created naturally.
