- In mouth , highlights the beautiful harmony of a champagne with a great structure , freshness and an intense fruity sensation.
Elaboration: The Yellow Label blend is made up of grapes from between 50 and 60 different vintages. Blend 30-45% reserve wines with grapes from up to 50-60 different crus. predominates
Pinot Noir (50-55%) , which provides that structure so typical of Veuve Clicquot, while its
Chardonnay (28-33%) brings the essential elegance and delicacy in a perfectly balanced wine and, finally, a touch of
Meunier (15-20%) which serves to round off the mixture.
The long aging in "Crayères" (minimum 3 years for Yellow Label) is what gives the champagne its silkiness
