Tasting Notes:

Straw yellow color with greenish and steel iridescence.
In nose this wine 100% Verdejo, in nose it is clean and with an aromatic power that invites to spend some good minutes with the nose in the glass. Almost compotadas ripe fruit notes along with delicate herbaceous tones and aniseed touches.
In mouth it is cheerful and expressive but with a glyceric and structured touch where a pleasant minerality is balanced with balsamic and subtle notes of pastry.

Elaboration:

A wine made with 100% Verdejo in the Rueda area. After the harvest it ferments in stainless steel tanks at relatively low temperatures, to preserve all the aroma.
