Recomendado, muy recomendado!
Es un vino increible! Lo probé y no me lo podía creer, creía que era un Ribera de 30 euros cuando, creo que está incluso por encima de la mayoría de Riberas de 20-30€. La uva Graciano se nota, pero además es seco, redondo en boca, retrogusto dulzón. Una maravilla.

TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Very vivid tones, highlighting violets and mauve.
- Nose: Great aromatic intensity in which the presence of fruits such as plums, blackberries or raspberries predominates.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano and Syrah.
Cold maceration for 10-12 days.
Alcoholic fermentation at 14.5ºC.
Pump-overs by "delestages" for color extraction.
Aged for 3 months in 500-litre French Allier oak barrels, medium toasted and fine-grained.

Pago de las Encomiendas is located in the area called Encomiendas, in the heart of the land of Barros, an area of exceptional environmental conditions in the south of Extremadura.
