TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Very vivid tones, highlighting violets and mauve.
Nose: Great aromatic intensity in which the presence of fruits such as plums, blackberries or raspberries predominates.

ELABORATION

Varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano and Syrah.
Cold maceration for 10-12 days.
Alcoholic fermentation at 14.5ºC.
Pump-overs by "delestages" for color extraction.
Aged for 3 months in 500-litre French Allier oak barrels, medium toasted and fine-grained.
