Nose: Aromas of apple, banana and slightly citrus.

Mouth: Broad, fatty and with a long aftertaste.

ELABORATION

Made in a vineyard in the Santa Marta de los Barros area with an average age of 15 years

100% Macabeo variety.

Aged on its fine lees in clay jars for 3 months.
