CATA'S NOTES

Color: Pale greenish-yellow with fine golden bubbles.

Nose: Aroma of white flower highlighting its citrus touch of green apple.

Mouth: Light, fresh sweetness with a pleasant carbon dioxide. Refreshing thanks to its low alcohol content that accentuates its aromas of very clear and juicy fruit.

ELABORATION

Made 100% with Moscatel.

Manual harvest.

Cold macerated to extract the aromas of the variety, and obtain the flower must, after a smooth break of the grain.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12ºC, in autoclaves (special tanks), in which the CO2 produced during fermentation dissolves naturally, preserving the aromas.

Subsequently, it is kept cold and bottled.

CURIOSITIES

It is presented in a Donna bottle and has a graduation of 7º, very appetizing to drink due to its sweet taste at a temperature between 4º and 6º.
