Production and Aging:
Completely manual harvest with exhaustive selection of the grapes. Introduction with the utmost care and by gravity of the healthy grapes in stainless steel tanks where it ferments for 18 days and then ages for 10 months in 25% first-use French oak barrels.

Bodegas Antidote was founded by david hernando (Golban Watchtowers) and bertrand sourdais (Château Mouton Rothschild, Château Léoville Las Cases, Bodegas Viña Santa Rita de Chile, with Álvaro Palacios in Priorato and Chateau Nenin, Pomerol); both have a long history in the world of wine, and face this project with the illusion of make great wines , with a marked differentiating accent .

- Nose: Clean and powerful aromas of mature fruit (blackberry, cherry, blueberries...) Accompanied by a touch of licorice black and sweet spices such as cinnamon or vanilla, we also find notes of nuts and candy toffee.
