TASTING NOTES:
View: Golden yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Notes of stone fruits and nuances of citrus peel and minerals.
Mouth: Broad, glyceric, spicy and intense.
PREPARATION AND AGEING:
White wine Aged in wood Organic. 9 months in French oak barrels.
The grains are gently pressed and the flower must ferments with its native yeasts in wooden barrels and foudres of different capacities.

Vineyards up to 200 years old that bear witness to the uniqueness of their varietal richness, their traditional local work and an almost extinct reality.
