TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Medium cherry colour with dense and abundant tears.
- Nose: Aromas of red and black fruit accompanied by notes of pepper, cloves and tobacco.
- Palate: Seductive fruity load integrated with marked tannins, sweetened by the creaminess of the wood. Mineral depth, fluid mid-step and spicy aftertaste.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Tempranillo 50%; Cabernet 30%; Grenache, Monastrell and Mazuelo 20%.
Manual harvesting and fermentation with indigenous yeast.
Aged for 8 months in new 400-litre French oak and 225-litre Romanian oak barrels.
