TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Ruby colour.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruit accompanied by spicy notes.
- Palate: Rich, tasty and persistent.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Red Grenache 60%, Monastrell 30%, Tempranillo 8%, Cabernet and Mazuelo 2%.
Night harvest and fermentation with indigenous yeast for 25-180 days depending on the variety.
Aged from 9-16 in Slavonian oak foudres and vats.
