le doy solo 3 * en realdad serian 3.5, esta bien, quizás falta un poco mas de tiempo en botella (2022), frutal y floral, blanca y amarilla, no demasiado intenso, color amarillo claro, agradable para acompañar comida ligera o mismo en aperitivo. seguro dentro de un año estará mucho mejor.

- Nose: Elegant and complex with aromas of fruits (pineapple, peach) and white flowers.

Encina Blanca is a winery that produces genuine wines in Extremadura through controlled vinifications of small volumes. The small tanks allow them to ferment each plot separately, picking the grapes at their optimum point of ripeness, depending on terroir and variety.
