Elaboration and Ageing:
- White colour with straw and greenish reflections.
- In nose Aromatic and with touches of white fruits.
- In the mouth Bubbly and fresh entry, dry and pleasant.
This non-crianza white wine is obtained from a strict selection of the grapes and subsequent pressing, maceration and fermentation. After this stage, a second fermentation takes place, from which the sharp point of the wine is obtained.Curiosity:
The grapes are grown in a Tramontana area with strong winds, hot summers and mild winters, heterogeneous soils with a somewhat acidic sandy texture and alluvial origin.
