Excellent value and underrated. Great with fish or shellfish dishes, or just a refreshing drink on its own. Drink as Cava or Prosecco, but must be well chilled. Best ‘secret’ wine I have found for many years.

Great value and a reminder of Catalonia.
Light and sparkling wine which goes well with most summer food. Delivery cost and timescales were good and communications of progress were excellent.

Elaboration and Ageing:
This non-crianza white wine is obtained from a strict selection of the grapes and subsequent pressing, maceration and fermentation. After this stage, a second fermentation takes place, from which the sharp point of the wine is obtained.
Curiosity:
The grapes are grown in a Tramontana area with strong winds, hot summers and mild winters, heterogeneous soils with a somewhat acidic sandy texture and alluvial origin.
