CATA'S NOTES

Color: purple intense.
Nose: complex and fine , currant and plum, followed by toasted coffee and cinnamon, very cherry and garrafal cherry.
Mouth: spices (licorice) and aromas fruit trees . Firm and silky with a finish cool .

ELABORATION

Meticulously made with Garnacha Negra, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Fermentation and maceration between 15 days and 3 weeks, at a temperature that does not exceed 32º C.

Aged for 15 months in concrete.

CURIOSITIES

Chateauneuf-du-pape created in July 2000 a wine house, vinadea , with the aim of welcoming tourists and oenophiles every year. It also offers free tastings to store reception managers (groups by appointment).
