TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Pale salmon pink.
- Nose: Intense, with citrus notes and red fruits. Aromas of apricot and peach.
- Palate: Refreshing and with an excellent balance
ELABORATION
Made with a blend of Black Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Merlot.
Grapes selected in plots of the Mediterranean basin.
Night harvest.
Use of neutral gases such as nitrogen to preserve color and fruit aromas.
Maintenance at cool and controlled temperatures in stainless steel.
Careful shaking on fine lees to confer additional palatability in the mouth.
