CATA'S Note:
- Colour: Pale gold with greenish hues
- Nose: Great aromatic complexity where notes of ripe fruit intertwine with balsamic touches, white flowers, stone fruits and dry grass.
- Palate: Of varietal entrance and with balanced acidity. Tasty, full-bodied and with a long finish.
Elaboration and Aging:Using only Albariño grapes. Gentle destemming and low temperature maceration. Separation of the wort by gravity. Controlled fermentation at low temperature and
minimum rest on fine lees for 5 months.
