Tasting Notes:
Clean, bright yellow lemon with greenish highlights. In medium intensity nose with ripe citrus notes of lime and mandarin. The flower note predominates (hawthorn, jasmin and orange blossom) and a grass-like herbaceous background. In wedding it is enveloping, fresh and with good balance. The retronasal remembers the note of the ripe citrus fruit.
Elaboration and Aging
The apricot Martin Codax is made entirely with apricot grapes, following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee its varietal purity and the traditional essence of the wines originating from Salnes.
