100% Albariño variety from the Pazo de Barrantes estate in the Salnés Valley (Pontevedra).
Harvested by hand and thought softly.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10 ºC for 60 days in stainless steel.
Subsequent contact with fine lees for 2 months and after fermentation, a minimum of 7 months in stainless steel.
