TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow colour.
- Nose: Aromas of white fruit with herbaceous notes and a pleasant minerality.
- Palate: Medium-bodied, fresh with stone fruit flavors.
ELABORATION
Made mainly with Treixadura and some Godello, Albariño, Torrontés and Loureira.
Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes.
Fermentation in stainless steel and foudres.
After 10 months of ageing, the different plots and varieties are assembled.
CURIOSITIES
The terraces and the different local varieties that make up the site of Meín offer a fragmentation of the vineyard that is respected in each wine process.
This individualized care of the plots consists of adapting the equipment to the viticultural reality of each part of the vineyard, including its variety, its conduction system, its exposure...
