Tasting Notes
- Color: clean and bright cherry red colour.
- In nose predominance of red fruits. The notes of licorice and cherry are appreciated.
- In mounth Good balance between red fruit, acidity and tannins, ripe and soft. The passage through the barrel has softened the wine and gives it a long and silky drink.
Elaboration and Ageing:The vatting is short and at controlled temperatures, seeking a minimum extraction that preserves the fruit and aromatic part of the wine. Regarding the aging, has 6 months on average in French oak barrels of two wines, the rest of the time between foudres of 1,200 liters and concrete tanks.
Curiosities:Each plot is harvested separately, in boxes and selected in winery cluster by cluster. From 24 September to 20 October 2016.
