Color: Low intensity steely yellow.
Nose: Balsamic notes of vanilla and presence of fresh wood.
Mouth: Balanced, silky, broad, moderate acidity, persistent and with an aftertaste of ripe stone fruit.

Production and Aging:

The secret to maintaining the identity is aging on lees of the Verdejo variety, and aging for nine months in American oak barrels. This time provides a unique structure in the wine as well as olfactory and taste notes typical of Ribera wines. Duero, although this wine is white.
