Fragantia brings spring to Finca Constancia crop after crop, even though the harvest takes place in September. During the alcoholic fermentation of this wine, the cellar is filled with intense aromas of muscatel that guide it to the tank where the wine is kept. Its letter of introduction is its aroma, as soon as you open the bottle. Fragantia 6 is light, with low alcohol content and a great predominance of fruit. A bouquet of exotic fruits and a thousand white, light and sweet flowers.
Tasting Note:
Its view is straw yellow, its aroma delicate and deep exotic fruit. Palate: light and fragrant flavor that provides sensations on the palate. It has a low alcohol content and a predominantly fruity flavor with notes of exotic fruits with touches of white flowers.
Ageing:
it is kept at a controlled temperature of 0ºC until the moment of bottling. The grapes are hand-picked at night, at the ideal moment of ripening, to preserve the qualities of the grapes. When they arrive at the winery they are stored in tanks where the grapes are macerated at 5ºC for twenty-four hours. Then they are gently pressed to extract the must from the flower and undergo a fermentation process with native yeasts, which means that the bubbles are perfectly integrated into the wine, giving it a brilliant mouthfeel.
