TASTING NOTES
Aromas of fresh white fruit together with elegant floral notes. Creamy, with light spicy notes and a refined bitterness. Fresh and long-lasting finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 36% Macabeo, 14% Xarel·lo and 50% Parellada.
Vinified with selected own yeasts.
Fermented along with its lees for 28 days at 16ºC.
Aged in the bottle with its lees for 6 years at a constant temperature.
