Cava reddish yellow, with new golden highlights. Nose with excellent hang time maturity and freshness, reminiscent of the white fruit, Franks flashes of herbs, pine, oak moss, vanilla, pastry, custard, nuts, toffee, pralimé and dried apricots. The palate has a very good opening.
Small bubble which in turn lets us enjoy a glyceric texture that immerses us feeling full, corporeal pleasure. Expressive retronasal that confirms the maturity and long aging notes of the nose with a whisper of mineral notes. Long finish with hints of fruit.
