Mouth: Rich and intoxicating bouquet. Complex succession of juicy fruits (Williams pear), red fruit (raspberry, slightly liqueur) and nuts (hazelnut). There are even some nuances of lightly toasted cocoa and warm pastry and vanilla notes.
Elaboration
70% of Pinot Noir - 30% of Chardonnay - 18% of wines vinified in wood (oak barrels) with a weekly loosening - Without malolactic fermentation. The Vintage Brut cuvee has an average of 4 years of maturation in cellars and a rest of 6 months after the deguelle, in order to perfect its maturity. The dosage is adapted to each batch between 8 and 10 g / l.
