TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: fine bubbles, straw yellow colour with golden reflections.
- Nose: open and expressive, with aromas of peach, white flowers and vanilla.
- Palate: fresh, lively and harmonious. Subsequently, flavors of fruit and honey are unleashed.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
It is aged for a minimum of three years until it reaches full aromatic maturity.
CURIOSITIES
Champagne Taittinger has been owned by the Taittinger family since 1932 and is considered one of the oldest champagne wineries. Established in the historic mansion of the Counts of Champagne, it has magnificent underground cellars built in the 4th century by the Benedictine monks of the Abbey of Saint Nicaise.
