TASTING NOTES

  • Appearance: Cherry colour with violet reflections.

ELABORATION

100% Monastrell variety.
The yeasts ferment the wort up to 17% alcohol.
Aged for 36 months in new American oak barrels.

Bodegas Enrique Mendoza was founded as a company in 1989.
Enrique Mendoza's restlessness led him to buy, collect and invest in wine from other wineries as an amateur.
Later, he decided to plant 2,000 plants to continue the Marina Baixa's tradition of producing wine for family consumption. These plantations, 25 years later, have been transformed into two wineries.
