Tasting Notes:
- Clean and bright, dark cherry color and high layer.
- In nose it reminds of black fruit.
- Pleasant in the mouth with notes of red fruit and liquorice. Very pleasant aftertaste with compote and vanilla finish.
Elaboration and Aging:Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias is a wine elaborated with Tinta de Toro that comes from a vineyard of more than 45 years old, Páramo de la Jara, located at 700 meters of altitude, with soils of pebbles and sand.
Manual harvesting and grape selection in the winery. Ferments in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks with epoxy resin. Aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias is a powerful, round and fruity wine. The greater protagonism of the fruit marks the character of this new style of Toro wines.
