Tasting:
Beautiful ruby red color with cherry flashes, typical of good reserves. The nose surprises with the complexity of aromas: vanilla, excellent wood, hints of roasted coffee, smoked... All this on a background of elegant aromas of the Tempranillo variety. Silky, deep in the mouth, with polished and round tannins from its time in barrel and bottle. The intensity of retronasal aromas and their permanence in the mouth stand out.
Preparation and Aging:
The 100% Tempranillo grapes are subjected to alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC temperatures. 20 days of maceration and aging in oak from 12 to 14
