Mouth: Sweet and fresh entry marked by a good acidity , nice step with silky tannins and a medium finish with light toasted hints.
Production and Aging:
manual harvest , selection of bunches in the vineyard and second selection at the selection table.
12 months in barrels French oak, 12 months in deposit and 12 months of rest in the bottle before going to market.
