CURIOSITIES
Pedrabona is made by Josep Grau, a winegrower whose goal is to produce wines that are far from fashionable, that capture the essence of the land and respect the natural language of the vineyard.
The project began in Montsant by buying the first vineyard in the municipality of Capçanes.
Over time, they incorporated estates of winegrowers who no longer wanted to dedicate themselves to the vineyard, old vineyards planted mostly with Grenache and Carignan.
Priorat is the jewel in the crown, the culmination of Josep Grau's dream. In 2016 they bought a seventeenth-century house in Gratallops and six hectares of vineyards with which they launched their new project of making fine and delicate wines, a style that is the trademark of the house.
