TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
- Nose: Clean and intense, with aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit and citrus. To these are added notes from its time in barrels, among which toffee, coffee and hints of yeasts stand out.
- Palate: Fresh and unctuous. Long and persistent finish in which floral and fruity notes reappear.

Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes.
Alcoholic fermentation with light batonnage and a single racking.
Natural decanting overnight and ageing on lees for 70 days.
