Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels aged for a long time with oloroso sherry wines, and made using the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras.

In a small paradise in southern Spain, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the Barbadillo family bottled the first manzanilla in 1821. Since then, this family-run and century-old company has continued to grow. What began as a winery producing manzanillas, sherry wines and brandies, has become a group of great international projection that, in addition to developing new products within its geographical area, has incorporated wineries in other Designations of Origin.
