TASTING NOTES
Elegant smoky notes gradually gain intensity.
On the palate there are spicy notes of fresh tobacco and the smokiness of the vine shoot.
ELABORATION
The barrels are toasted with vine shoots. After roasting, they are sprinkled with 15-year-old Cardenal Mendoza Clásico to obtain the desired Cask Finished.
CURIOSITIES
In 1887 the owners of the Sánchez Romate wineries began to produce a different and unique brandy for private consumption. Its quality soon led to a growing reputation and the winery decided to market it under the name of Cardenal Mendoza.
