TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Pale yellow colour with golden reflections.
Nose: Deep, aromatic and seductive.
Palate: Complex, pleasant and persistent.

ELABORATION

Variety: Red Grenache.
Manual harvest at night. Fermentation with indigenous yeast for 50 days.
It is aged with its fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel, cement and new Romanian oak barrels.
