Tasting notes

A unique sparkling wine, made with the winery's star variety, Sauvignon blanc.

Appearance: white gold color, nothing evolved, with a happy bubble that rises gently towards the surface of the cup.

Aroma: after a few minutes of rest in the glass, notes of ageing appear reminiscent of the yeast of the second fermentation along with a floral background that highlights the variety.

Palate: with a well integrated bubble, fine and elegant and with a creamy and very pleasant finish.
