Tasting Note: Color: Very stable cherry color over time.
Nose: A wine with an elegant expression, with aromas of ripe black fruit, flowers and scrubland, without forgetting the toasted notes from its aging.
Mouth: it is fresh and pleasant, very fruity, with pleasant tannins and good acidity.
Production and aging:
Destemming and previous maceration. Fermentation with its own yeasts, gentle pump-overs. Malolactic in tank, aging for ten months in French oak barrels of different uses and sizes depending on each plot. Assembly in the tank until bottling without clarifying, filtering or sulfiting in November 2011.
Curiosities:
SENDA 2019 Garnacha from plots between 40 and 85 years old, settled on sandy gravel and rocky soils, which give it its personality, producing a very fresh grape, with a fruity and floral profile. The restrained use of oak makes Senda the freshest of the winery's wines. Bottled without filtering or stabilizing or clarifying.
