The most important variety in this part of the mountain range is known as acacias, which seems to be a specialty of the Garnacha (or at least BELIEVE) in any case very well adapted to these mountain soils after a long evolutionary process. Also other variants of the Garnacha vineyards are spread over all multivarietales. Red grape Fina or Tempranillo, probably more recent presence, finds its place in these lands, as does the elegant grape Rufeta. In the vineyard and its environment so are the olive and fruit of small plots and oaks, chestnut, rock roses, heather and escoberas who bring their character to the end result, a strong personality serrano wine.
